As per sources, the Tablet 10 LE Excite will hit the market with Honeycomb Android 3.2 but will be updated subsequent to Android Ice Cream Sandwich. The weight being a mere 535 grams.

Tablet Specs seem to be impressive too:

1. Operating System: Bundled with Honeycomb (Android 3.2) but it is expected to be upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) in the future.
2. Display: It features a 10.1 inch diagonal LED backlit widescreen, scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass with In-Plane Switching (IPS) display and a resolution of 1280×800.
3. Processor: Powered by a 1.2 GHz Texas Instrument OMAP 4430 multi-core mobile processor and dual channel memory.
4. Storage: Will be sold in 2 models – 16GB and 32GB respectively.
5. Camera: 2 cameras – 2 megapixel front-facing camera and a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera, with LED flash and 1080p video record capabilities.
6. Battery: Rechargeable lithium ion battery which delivers up to 8 hours of battery life.
7. Connectivity: Offers a range of connectivity options, including a mini-HDMI port, micro-SD card slot, micro-USB port and along with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth inbuilt.

Toshiba 10 LE Excite is expected to hit the market in the coming months at a price of $600 (which is still less than an iPad) with internal memory of 32Gbytes or a model of 16 GB which costs $530. Rumors from BGR suggest that this tablet is being launched 1 day prior (March 6th) to the apple’s iPad 3 release date.

The new gadget from Samsung is to be priced at $1,199, $200 higher than the Apple Macbook. Configuration, including the 1.33GHz Core i3 processor, 2GB RAM, 64GB SSD, and seven hours of battery. Official time to market is timed to be in mid-April.

Samsung also has a 13-inch model starting at $1,599, higher than $300 of the MacBook Air. Samsung has not explained the reasons for the difference, but it is believed to be related with the use of the processor.

Apple products have always been known for high prices, but a price in the ultra-portable in the field is relatively lower. Apple and Toshiba signed an agreement of large-scale procurement of flash memory may be a major factor in controlling costs.

Yahoo! has Integrated its various web services directly into the phone. The user can check their Yahoo! Mail or chat on Yahoo! Messenger. The address book and calendar are synchronized directly to the phone. Yahoo! Has added other features like voice search on the engine or Social Pulse to read the latest updates to his contacts on different networks community.

With a full QWERTY keyboard, a trackpad and a light 2.4-inch screen, the phone has a camera with 2 megapixel camera, FM radio, MP3 player and an internal memory of 80 Mb.

However, the phone will not support 3G. In an interview obtained by the BBC, Irv Henderson, vice president of Yahoo! Connected Life, said that in some Asian countries, “we serve more of queries on mobile devices than on PCs.” While the Net One Touch is not 3G compatible, he added that the sites have been optimized and the firm expects an improvement of infrastructure networks in 12 to 18 months

The phone will be available during the third quarter in India and Indonesia, it will be sold for less than $ 100!
